I've used skyvectors for years and always found it quite good but after the last update it is nothing short of spectacular with the overview function the flightplanning function and much more.I recommend you watch the help video for more information on the new features. One of the great things about skyvector is that you not only get the different terminal, enroute, high/low charts you also get access to the different charts for the different airports in a really easy way. It is also very nice for checking the metars where you are going.

You should check out RunwayFinder.com as well. In addition to sectional, terminal, IFR high, and IFR low, it also has satellite, road, and terrain views.
