In a couple of posts I have mentioned the idea and concept of installing older renditions of airports into fs9. David Maltby has a couple of versions on his website of the Manchester airport. One of the 1962 version and one of the 1975 version.
I am wondering if this is one direction that flightsimming will turn to in the future. Even more so than the niche it seems to be today. In the future one might want to start up fs9 to go back in time, remember the airports and planes of your youth more so than flying around with models of newer airports and aircraft.
