A new version for Treviso airport in Italy is available at avsim. It is quite basic as the author Daan S even says in the description file but it seems quite nice to me.Hope that this might make you a bit more eager to go fly in Italy or to or from it at least. There are a bunch of other nice italian sceneries around from ISD and they are freeware, unfortunately the old webpage is down and I found a new one but haven't been able to download any files from it.
